Hobo Dinners:

You can do individual packs or large pans. It just depends on how many you are feeding.

Ingriedents:

1/4 lb ground beef per person

1/2 corn cob per person

2 cups chopped red potatoes per person

1/2 cup andouille sausage per person

1/2 cup shrimp per person

Butter ( I use 1/2 stick per person) 

Garlic 

warshashire sauce

 

Directions:

Start your grill...it needs to be nice and warm when you are done putting all your foil packs together!

Make sure you coat your alumminum foil with non-stick spray! 

Start by seasoning your ground beef. I like to use Worcestershire sauce, garlic & evoo. Mix that all together in a large bowl.

 

 

Portion out your seasoned hamburger

 

 

add corn, potatoes, sausage, and shrimp

 

 

slice butter and lay on top of everything

close your foil packs

Put on the grill

Grill for 30-45 min (check on packs every 20 min)

**make sure that you check the meat with thermometer to make sure it is cooked**
